The Collective is Teach For America’s alumni association for our more than 23,000 alumni who identify as Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC).

Founded in 2011, The Collective was established to unleash the potential of our BIPOC alumni to advance work towards education equity faster and stronger. Our program offerings and regional chapters mobilize this extraordinary network of leaders, and provides space to learn, grow, innovate, influence, and lead change efforts locally and nationally. No matter where you live and what profession you serve in, The Collective is a community for you to plug into for connection, leadership, growth, and impact.
