The Teach For America Career Center partners with over 1,000 employers nationwide to help connect our alumni community with career opportunities. Teach For America alumni often make significant impact in the fields of education, educational technology, policy and law, nonprofit and social enterprise. However, we welcome employers from a variety of industries that are interested in posting jobs, hosting information sessions, and even participating in virtual hiring fairs and events to connect with our network of over 60,000 talented, equity-minded alumni.

Register on TFA Career Connect, our exclusive job board and networking platform.  Share your jobs and access features that allow you to communicate directly with talented alumni who are open to opportunities, all at no cost to you. Participate in Information Sessions, Panels, and Hiring Events

We welcome employers who are interested in hosting a virtual information session about their organization and career opportunities, as well as employers interested in offering a session on a career-related topic such as equitable hiring practices, inclusive leadership, and more.
