Phillip Hon is a career educator and school administrator who grew up and attended public schools in Stockton, California. Phillip’s career has worked to advance equity of opportunity for students as a teacher and school administrator at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels. Phillip’s worked with many diverse families and communities across the country where he has contributed to statewide policy working groups focused on diversity and inclusion and the expansion of teacher leadership. Phillip currently is the Founder and School Director of Unbound Stockton Community School, an intentionally diverse community charter school focused on connecting its diverse students with community learning experiences, inspiring them to become future leaders for the community.
