About the Event: This event was presented on Thursday, Oct. 5, 2023 by Stephanie Varnon-Hughes, PhD., Dean of Teaching, Learning and Leadership at Claremont Lincoln University. The session was designed to help participants explore their personal belief system and learn how to develop a leadership philosophy tied to one’s own values, integrity, and ethics to help bring about the change the world needs. Its content is ideal for emerging leaders who may be navigating common feelings of unworthiness and self-doubt when faced with new leadership opportunities or roles. The event presenter welcomes participants to contact her if there are any questions about the material: svarnon-hughes@claremontlincoln.edu.
