The Master of Education (EdM) program in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies: PreK-12 at Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development will prepare you to be a PreK-12 public, independent, or international school or district leader. This program offers both licensure and non-licensure options.

The Educational Leadership & Policy Studies: PreK-12 Program is designed to prepare aspiring and developing:
- Principal/assistant principal (Pre-K–8 or 5–12)
- Special education administrator
- Superintendent/assistant superintendent
- Supervisor/director
- Leaders of public charter, alternative, independent, and international schools
