Accelerate Institute’s Leadership Academy Plus

The Leadership Academy focuses on deepening participants’ understanding of how school leaders create an equitable education for children based on three core principles of what schools need. Leadership Academy Plus starts with the 6-day Leadership Academy Institute with sessions focused on change management/strategic planning, leading effective adult teams, managing a data-driven culture, and strengthening school culture.
