I certify that the information provided is accurate and complete and that I am authorized to submit this request on behalf of my institution.

I understand that submission of this form does not create a contractual relationship and does not guarantee partnership approval, promotion, endorsement, or exclusivity with Teach For America.

I acknowledge that Teach For America alumni contact information and data are confidential and will not be shared without explicit consent, and that any engagement with alumni must occur through Teach For America–approved channels unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

I understand that my institution may not use Teach For America’s name, trademarks, or branding in any marketing, promotional, or recruitment materials without prior written approval from Teach For America.

I agree to notify Teach For America of any material changes to the programs or benefits described in this submission and understand that failure to do so may result in review, suspension, or discontinuation of partnership consideration.

I acknowledge that Teach For America reserves the right to review, modify, decline, or discontinue partnership requests or promotional activities at its discretion.

I understand that any approved partnership would be subject to execution of a separate written agreement governing the terms of the partnership.

I acknowledge that Teach For America is relying on the accuracy and completeness of my institution’s representations regarding the benefit(s) described in this submission, and that such reliance forms a material basis for any partnership consideration. I agree to notify Teach For America immediately at ccpartnerships@teachforamerica.org of any change, modification, reduction, suspension, or discontinuation of any program, benefit, or offering described in this submission.
