• Provide high-quality, career accelerating opportunities across sectors (education, policy, nonprofit, private sector, etc.)
• Offer clear entry points for alumni, including transparent application processes and strong candidate support
• Clearly align with Teach For America’s mission and commitment to expanding opportunity for all children
• Demonstrate a commitment to developing diverse talent and creating pathways to leadership

What Partnership Can Look Like

• Amplifying featured roles (jobs, fellowships, internships, etc.)  to the TFA network through Career Center platforms (e.g., TFA’s job board: Career Connect, and this website)
• Creative brand positioning, sponsorship and engagement opportunities with TFA to access our audience network.
