Zacchea (Zie- Key – uh) Lewis is currently an instructional coach in Pointe Coupee Parish. In her role she works to support fellow teachers with math and science curriculum support.
Originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Zacchea first moved to Baton Rouge as a teacher with Teach For America in 2018. She is currently still working at her placement school Rosenwald Elementary in New Roads, Louisiana. Zacchea and her husband Kristopher Sr. enjoy calling Baton Rouge home, where they are raising their son, Kristopher Jr., and their English Bulldog Persephone Lewis.
