Hello! I’m Yessica (Yeh-see-kah) Mendoza and I am an elementary school counselor in Caldwell, Idaho. I will be going into my third year as a school counselor. Before my internship, I was hesitant and dare say scared to work with elementary kiddos. Then I went through my semester of internship at the elementary school level and I absolutely fell in love. I graduated from Boise State University with my bachelor in psychology and criminal justice. I also earned my masters in counseling from Boise State, Go Broncos! I am a licensed professional counselor and have experience in the private counseling sector. I live in Nampa, Idaho with my husband and three cats: Draco, Kiki and Chonk (an outside cat I started to feed so now he’s my cat). They support my passion for global band BTS.
