Tyler (Tie-lurr) is a high school ELA teacher and instructional technology coach from Sunnyside, WA. He has been in the classroom for 10 years and will be transition to an instructional coach role for the next year. His expertise in education is around grading and assessment practices, and he has a book coming out on the link between motivation and assessment practices in the classroom. Outside of education, he and his wife enjoy hiking and camping with their two dogs. His hobbies include reading, writing, jogging, and anything involving the outdoors.
