Morgan (Mawr-gen) Keena is an 8th grade social studies teacher located in Horace, North Dakota. Morgan has been teaching for 6 years and has spent time in rural Virginia, rural Idaho, and now in rural North Dakota. She obtained her BA in History and Secondary Education from South Dakota State University. Most recently she completed her MA in History from Arizona State University and participates with Digital Promise as an HP Teaching Fellow. In her free time Morgan enjoys reading books, spending time at the lake, traveling, drinking coffee, and spending quality time with friends and family. Morgan has been married to her wonderful husband, Mitch, for 6 years and they have a very cute dog named Fitz who has accompanied them on all of their adventures.
