Alex Barraza is an educator of 7 years with expertise in mathematics and secondary education. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences with a minor in Secondary Education from the University of Texas at El Paso. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University, she is dedicated to advancing their knowledge and skills. Alex serves as a High School Math and AVID Teacher, supporting teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies and conducting professional development sessions. She has also coached softball for 6 years and has mentored/co-taught with first-year teachers.
