EdD in Learning and Organizational Change (Online)
Baylor University’s award-winning Online EdD in Learning and Organizational Change program equips working professionals to apply the principals and theories of learning to lead effective organizational change across a variety of industries and sectors. The program offers flexible coursework and live online class sessions. Students complete a Problem of Practice Dissertation that emphasizes real-world impact, enabling students to research and solve challenges within their own organizations. Program is 54 credit hours and can be completed in as few as 3 years (program does not lead to superintendent licensure).

EdD in K-12 Educational Leadership with superintendent certification (Hybrid)
Building on Baylor’s Christian mission, the Doctor of Education (EdD) in K-12 Educational Leadership is a cohort-based practitioner-oriented doctoral program for leaders of schools, educational systems, and agencies. Designed for the dedicated working education professional, the program prepares highly qualified practitioners to lead with vision and impact across K-12 education institutions. This program sharpens executive-level skills for leadership roles in public, private, and faith-based educational systems or agencies.
The Baylor EdD in K-12 Educational Leadership uses improvement science tools to cultivate growth in various school settings through course performance tasks and dissertations. We develop visionary leaders to support flourishing educators and students in vibrant learning communities.
Scholarships & Benefits:
- Accepted EdD candidates receive significant financial aid and pay approximately 50 percent of the regular per-course-hour Baylor tuition rate, which changes on a yearly basis. Tuition in the program is based on the per-course-hour rate in the Baylor University Graduate School.
EDS in School Psychology (Hybrid – Dallas Campus)
The Baylor University School Psychology EdS Dallas is part of the nationally recognized Baylor School Psychology Program, designed to prepare and qualify students to excel as school psychologists in educational settings. Both the EdS Dallas and EdS Waco campuses are fully accredited by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), ensuring a high standard of education and professional preparation. Offered in hybrid modality, with most classes in person, from the Dallas Campus, this competitively priced 60-hour EdS can qualify you to work as a school psychologist in educational agencies nationwide.
MS in Learning Design and Technology (Online)
Baylor University’s Online MS in Learning Design and Technology program equips students with the tools and expertise to build effective, inclusive, and accessible digital learning experience. The 30-credit program is designed for working professionals and can be completed in as few as 12 months on the accelerated pathway. Courses are 7-weeks long, with synchronous weekly live class sessions. Students with experience in instructional design may be eligible to receive credit by way of Prior Learning Assessment(s).

MA in School Leadership with Principal Certification (Hybrid)
Baylor’s MA in School Leadership offers an academic experience that is enhanced by Baylor’s Christian environment and designed so that educators can manage the course schedule along with their career. This program brings together emerging leaders in public and independent schools in a hybrid model that combines the best of face-to-face and virtual learning that will allow you to complete your coursework in one year, followed by a Capstone Project.
Graduate Certificate in Learning Design and Technology (Online)
Baylor University’s Graduate Certificate in Learning Design and Technology provides students the opportunity to upskill in applied learning design, design thinking for human flourishing, practical use of emerging technologies, and applied multimedia production. The 12-credit credential is designed for working professionals and can be completed in as few as 8 months when taking one course at a time. Courses are 7-weeks long, with synchronous weekly live class sessions. Students with experience in instructional design may be eligible to receive credit by way of Prior Learning Assessment(s).
