O’Neill’s professional, interdisciplinary programs connect areas of study, tapping into the strengths of expert faculty in each discipline and offering varied perspectives representative of our interconnected world. Whether you pursue a master’s degree in public affairs, arts administration, environmental science, environmental sustainability, international affairs—or a combination through our dual degrees—you’ll graduate ready for a leadership position that spans the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Plus, you’ll gain career experience while in grad school. All of our programs can be completed in residence on the Bloomington campus; the public affairs and environmental sustainability degrees can also be completed 100% online!
At O’Neill, Teach for America alumni qualify for a reduction of 3 credit hours per year of service (up to a maximum of 6 credits—this amounts to a cost savings of more than $4,200 per year of service, depending on residency). Teach For America service also satisfies the experiential requirement for an MPA or MSES degree. Also, Teach for America alumni receive a graduate school application fee waiver from Indiana University, which is a savings of $70.
