The Institute for Nonprofit Practice is a leadership training organization that equips the most promising nonprofit leaders with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to make their organizations effective, innovative, and sustainable. It is affiliated with Tisch College, which grants certificates and provides support for the Institute’s award-winning programs.

Designed for nonprofit and public sector managers and executives, the Core Program provides a transformative, reflective, and stimulating learning environment to develop the skills needed to address the sector’s greatest challenges. Meanwhile, its Community Fellows Program is a fully funded fellowship for social justice oriented emerging leaders, with a focus on advancing people of color.

Founded in 2007 in Boston, the Institute also has sites in Lawrence and Hyannis, Massachusetts, and Providence, Rhode Island. To date, over 1,200 leaders have graduated from its programs.
