Leadership for Educational Equity is offering no-cost career coaching as a virtual coach-facilitated course that provides members with expert support in a cohort model. If you’re ready to pursue your first role in policy, advocacy, or organizing this summer, this is THE next step for you!

Sign up for our Early Career Coaching course to get on track to land a new impactful role. This is based on a graduate-level public service career course and years of coaching experience. We will be your accountability partner and expert guide as you work through your plan.

For 7 weeks, from June 12 – July 28, you will spend 2 – 4 hours per week working through your plan at your own pace and walk away with:

All the materials you’ll need to apply for and land a new policy, advocacy, or organizing role including an optimized resume, cover letter, branding sheet, and networking plan,
Top tips for updating your LinkedIN profile, locating roles that fit your skills and interests, interviewing, negotiating salary, and more,
A community of fellow LEE members transitioning into or working in policy, advocacy, or organizing through our digital platform,
A relationship with an experienced coach who will build your confidence for this transition.
