The AI Bootcamp Programming are as follows:

Session 1: Continue Your Impact-Driven Career Path

  • What You’ll Master:
    • The Recruiter Rosetta Stone: Learn how to translate your TFA experience – like leading data-driven instruction, building inclusive learning environments, and driving community partnerships – into language that resonates across sectors.
    • Your Top 10 Generator: We’ll use AI and insider data to identify the 10 job titles where TFA alums are leading change, advancing innovation, and scaling their impact.
    • The Stack Ranking System: Evaluate opportunities using feedback from fellow alumni – ranking roles by salary, growth, mission alignment, and work-life integration, so you can choose paths that reflect your values.
    • Participant Deliverable: A personalized career map with 10 high-impact paths, stack-ranked by your criteria, with real salary data and growth trajectories, grounded in the experiences of TFA alumni.

Session 2: Craft a Resume and LinkedIn Profile that Reflects Your Leadership

  • What You’ll Master:
    • The Keyword Decoder Ring: Extract the exact phrases from job postings that trigger ATS algorithms (hint: “collaborative learning environment” becomes “cross-functional team leadership”)
    • X-Ray Vision for ATS: See how applicant tracking systems interpret your resume, so you can tailor it to highlight the leadership, adaptability, and results you’ve demonstrated as a TFA corps member or alum.
    • The LinkedIn Triple Threat: Optimize the three most powerful sections of your profile to attract recruiters who value mission-driven leadership and systems thinking (spoiler: it’s not what LinkedIn tells you)
    • Participant Deliverable: An ATS-optimized resume template + LinkedIn profile that reflects your unique strengths as a TFA alumni – positioning you as a top-tier candidate in roles that align with your commitment to impact.

Session 3: Apply Strategically with Confidence

  • What You’ll Master:
    • The Golden Hour Strategy: Apply at the exact time that gives you 8X better odds (hint: it’s not when you think)
    • The Direct Line Method: Connect directly with hiring managers using respectful, proven outreach templates – especially effective for mission-driven organizations that value initiative and authenticity.
    • The 10X Advantage: The simple follow-up referral system that most job seekers skip but that has the biggest impact on your chances
    • Participant Deliverable: A personalized, repeatable application system with outreach templates that help you build meaningful connections and stand out – just like you did in your classroom and community.

Session 4: Interview with Purpose + Negotiate with Clarity

  • What You’ll Master:
    • The Two Things That Matter: Understand what interviewers really want to know – and how to answer with clarity, confidence, and a deep sense of purpose.
    • AI-Powered Answer Development: Create authentic, compelling stories for every possible question (no more blanking on “tell me about a challenge”)
    • Know Your Worth Calculator: Access real-time market data to build a negotiation strategy that reflects your value – not just as a professional, but as a changemaker.
    • Participant Deliverable: A story bank of interview-ready examples + a negotiation playbook with scripts, salary data, and unlimited AI-powered practice sessions, so you can advocate for yourself with the same clarity and conviction you bring to your work.
