Education Pioneers Fellowships

Education Pioneers offers two Fellowships:

The Education Pioneers Summer Fellowship is a 10-week-long, paid work placement opportunity for individuals interested in working in the education sector. Education Pioneers (EP) is focused on recruiting and placing Fellows in data and analysis, strategy and planning, operations, and program and project management positions. For the 2023 cohort, Fellows will be placed at leading education organizations in Chicago, IL, Dallas and Houston, Texas, the San Francisco Bay Area, California, and Washington, DC. While there, fellows will perform critical, high-impact work on a defined project, participate in regular workshops with their local cohort and gain the required knowledge and leadership skills for a sustained career in K-12 education. *The 2024 Application has closed*

The Education Pioneers Impact Fellowship: Embark on a transformative journey in educational leadership with our 10-month Impact Fellowship. This Fellowship is designed for rising leaders with 3-5 years of professional experience who are interested in pursuing non-instructional careers in education, providing an opportunity to lead long-term, systems-level projects in school districts, charter schools, government education agencies, or nonprofit organizations. Join a vibrant community of diverse peers, forge lasting connections, and gain invaluable exposure to critical issues and policies that accelerate a lasting and impactful career in education. Fellows lead long-term initiatives that fall primarily within four priority areas: project management, data and analysis, operations, and strategy.  *The 2024 Application will close in May 2024*

Impact Fellows receive a stipend of $58,000, plus benefits.
