Join the Organizing Leadership Network for the May Strategy Lab. This is a dedicated space for LEE members to practice the hard skills of organizing.
In this 90-minute session, you will:
Play Detective: You will learn to move beyond “Google Research” and conduct “Strategic Research”—uncovering the donors, endorsements, and ambitions that drive your target’s behavior.
Master the Interview: Through live roleplay, you will practice the art of the Strategic Interview—learning how to ask open-ended questions that get officials to reveal their true constraints.
Script Your Meeting: Active organizers will leave with a drafted agenda and a set of “Magic Questions” designed to unlock information, not just generate conflict.
