SoCal Teachers Are Leaders Workshop
SoCal Teachers are Leaders: Use your classroom stories to drive civic change. Build advocacy skills & connect with the LEE network!
Turn your classroom expertise into community impact.
As an educator in Southern California, you have a front-row seat to the challenges and opportunities in our schools. This 60-minute virtual session is designed to help you bridge the gap between classroom leadership and civic action.
Whether you are new to LEE or a long-time member, join us to build practical advocacy skills alongside a network of local peers.
What to Expect:
- Identify Your “Why”: Connect your personal values to the local policy issues you care about most.
- Master the “Story of Self”: Build a storytelling framework used by organizers to influence school boards and decision-makers.
- Navigate the Pathways: Learn how LEE supports your growth in Policy, Advocacy, Organizing, and Elected Leadership.
- Unlock Member Resources: Get a roadmap to free 1-on-1 coaching, policy fellowships, and our national job board.
Stop by to connect, build a new skill, and see how your leadership can shape the future of SoCal schools.
