Join the Organizing Leadership Network for the April Strategy Lab. This is a dedicated space for LEE members to practice the hard skills of organizing.

In this 90-minute session, you will:
-Audit Your Stakeholders: We will move beyond “The School Board” and identifying the specific individuals (Targets, Allies, and Opponents) who hold the keys to your issue.

-Map Your Access: You will practice Connection Mapping—identifying who in your current network can open the door to the power players you need to reach.

-Analyze Motivation: In our Strategy Council, you will troubleshoot your opposition by analyzing their self-interest. Why are they blocking you? Is it money, votes, or reputation?
