Organizing Leadership Network’s (OLN) Strategy Lab: Goal Setting

Join the Organizing Leadership Network for the first Strategy Lab of the year. This is a dedicated space for LEE members to roll up their sleeves and practice the hard skills of organizing.

In this 90-minute interactive session, you will:
-Audit Your “Why”: We will use the “Anger Audit” to trace your community frustrations back to your core values. You will identify exactly what value is being violated in your community to ensure you have the fuel to avoid burnout this year.

– Master the Elevator Pitch: You will practice a 2-minute Relational Pitch with a partner. You’ll learn how to move from a transactional request (“Come to my meeting”) to a transformational relationship (“Join us to build safety”).

– Get Strategic Feedback: Whether you are new to this or running a campaign, you’ll enter the Strategy Council—our peer-consultancy breakout rooms—to troubleshoot your real-world blockers.
