Introduction to Policy & Advocacy Careers (IPAC) is an introductory, live virtual training for LEE members interested in pursuing a career in policy or advocacy but want to learn more about PA roles and opportunities before applying for their first PA position. IPAC is intended to increase members’ knowledge of the PA sector as well as their confidence in pursuing a PA role. After participating in IPAC, LEE hopes members will take the next step toward a PA role by completing the IPAC course online, applying for the Policy & Advocacy Summer Fellowship (PASF), and/or registering for the next Emerging Policy & Advocacy Leaders Series (EPALS) training..
