Just like a professional athlete has a coach, professional educators need coaches to build and maintain their peak performance. There is a damaging belief that professionals have all the knowledge and skills required to be successful from day one on the job.

Coaching is about amplifying what is working and setting a clear pathway to improve performance over time. Learn how you can use a three-part coaching cycle that includes lesson rehearsal, lesson observation, and learning analysis to promote greater educator and student success over time.
