We invite you to participate in our Lead and Thrive in San Diego Hiring Fair, taking place virtually on April 18th and April 19th, from 9am to 1pm PST, allowing you to seamlessly connect with San Diego hiring managers regardless of location. Our Lead and Thrive in SD Hiring Fair is a process that accelerates hiring by matching you with hiring managers at partner schools and districts across San Diego county and facilitating the interview process.
We’ll bring together and spotlight San Diego’s top districts and networks through our process, connecting you with equity-minded district and network leaders. We’ll offer credentialing, resume, and application support and provide a comprehensive matching experience that sets you up to advance to the final steps of the hiring process as quickly as possible.
Accomplished, equity-minded educators are just who should be teaching and leading our children. There is an enormous appetite for your talent here and a community-wide effort to incentivize your successful transition to our city. Unlike your corps member hiring experience, this talent-matching process is obligation free for you. We are here to help ease the transitions and support your career advancement by putting more choices in front of you. Anyone who identifies as an equity-minded educator is encouraged to apply, including non-alumni.
