Reimaging the Teacher Role

Teach For America–Bay Area is leading a local collaborative to co-design new school staffing models that move beyond “one teacher, one classroom.” To be launched this spring, the new models will come from five teacher teams across five different schools, aiming to better align what it looks like to be a teacher with Gen Z’s sense of collective responsibility and community.Read more about the pilot program in K-12 Dive.

There’s a training included and you’ll be given all the materials you need to be successful.
